BP004197: Human A2AR Protein-VLP with the Tag
Source: The recombinant Human A2AR Protein-VLP , (amino acids Met1-Ser412) fused with a tag at the -terminus, was produced in HEK 293 cells.
Molecular Weight:The recombinant Human A2AR Protein-VLP has a predicted MW of 45.5 kDa.
Activity: Immobilized recombinant Human A2AR VLP at 10 ug/ml (100 ul/Well) on the plate. Dose response curve for the recombinant Anti-A2AR Antibody, hFc tag with the EC50 of 0.87 ug/ml determined by ELISA.
Purity: >95% by SEC-HPLC and SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions.
Endotoxin Level: Less than 1 EU per ug of protein as determined by LAL method.
Formulation: Lyophilized from 0.22 um filtered solution in PBS (pH 7.4). Normally 8% trehalose is added as protectant before lyophilization.
Reconstitution: It is recommended to reconstitute the lyophilized recombinant Human A2AR Protein-VLP in sterile H2O to a protein concentration not less than 100 ug/ml. Centrifuge the tube before opening.
Shipping: The recombinant Human A2AR Protein-VLP is shipped with ice pack. Upon receipt, store it immediately at the temperature recommended below.
Stability & Storage: Use a manual defrost freezer and avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
